How does speaking another language effect a relationship?

I am writing a blog. What language to use?

Well…my native language is "Chavacano", it’s like a broken Spanish. haha. Then my 2nd language is Tagalog (My country’s National Language). Then English. So the problem is, I don’t know what language to use. :[ Help please. By the way, my blog is about the happenings in my life and some tutorials.
